Welcome to AJ Self Drive Car Rental. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Vehicle Usage:

1. The rented vehicle should be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was provided, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

Booking and Cancellation:

1. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. Extension of the rental period is subject to vehicle availability and prior approval from AJ Self Drive Car Rental.

Insurance and Liability:

1. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss to the rented vehicle during the rental period.

2. We provide insurance coverage for our vehicles; however, the customer may be liable for a deductible in the event of an accident or damage.

Driver Requirements:

1. The driver must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirement as specified by the relevant laws.

2. Additional charges may apply for additional drivers or drivers who do not meet the standard requirements.

Prohibited Activities:

1. The use of our vehicles for any illegal activities, including but not limited to unlawful transportation, smuggling, or any other criminal activity, is strictly prohibited.

2. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any other intoxicants is prohibited inside the rented vehicles.
